Headquartered in Netherlands, Truvalu is an impact investment company that supports small & medium enterprises in various ways. Currently, Truvalu is working with Swisscontact to implement the project "B-SkillFUL", which is funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC). Through this project, Truvalu is working with 400 SMEs to develop their Marketing and Financial competence. I am responsible for creating full-fledged marketing plans for all the SMEs and providing them with necessary training to help them plan further.

AKG manufactures condensed and powder milk, tea, beverages, snacks, candy, tobacco, steel products and cement. It owns the famous AKS, Shah Cement, Star Ship, Marks, Seylon and Stella brands. Most of its brands are market leaders in their respective industries. I worked in various departments of AKTCL to find out existing problems and bring in new ideas and strategies to compete with the global brands.

A digital marketing agency based in Canada, Ace 360 Digital aims at creating exquisite online business solutions for North American professionals. It has a versatile team of Sales and Marketing experts in Toronto and a Business Development team in Dhaka. Both of the divisions work in collaboration to deliver the business requirements. My task was to conduct market research and create an integrated digital marketing solution as per client requirents.

ISCEA is the developer of the internationally recognized certification programs like Certified Supply Chain Manager (CSCM), Certified Supply Chain Analyst (CSCA), Certified Lean Master (CLM), and Certified RFID Master (RFIDSCM). ISCEA members hold mid to upper supply chain management positions in Global 2000 companies. ISCEA’s mission is to be a single source for total supply chain knowledge through education, certification, and recognition. ISCEA is the governing body for the Ptak Prize Competition. In order to reach the good universities ISCEA selects Campus Ambassadors to represent the organization. I was hired to represent the organization and its offerings to the students in IBA.

Launched in August 2012, Medium is an online publishing platform. It’s one of the fastest growing platforms in the world with more than 200 million readers per month. Medium has a metered paywall system where articles are reviewed by curators. If a story meets certain standards, Medium recommends it to it's premium readers only and the writers are paid for it. Nut Sack was an online nuts selling business. It started off as part of a course in IBA, where it was mandatory for everyone to conduct a business on facebook and thus learn the ins and outs of F-commerce. So, I opened up this business and started selling different types of nuts through Facebook. Gradually, Nut Sack grew a loyal customer base. But unfortunately, after 7 months I had to close it due to lack of time.

Institute of Business Administration is one of the most reputed business schools in the country. Along with its regular academic activities, IBA conducts many recruitment exams on behalf of other organizations to help them select the most ideal candidates. IBA is popular for its extraordinary expertise in controlling exams that include thousands of examinees. And in order to monitor transparency in the exam halls, IBA invites its own students to work as invigilators. I was a regular invigilator and helped conduct lots of exams in different exam centres around Dhaka.

Based in Australia, 99designs is a company that operates as a freelancing platform for connecting graphic designers and clients. In 2018, it reported $60 million in revenue. This platform is so huge that a new design is created here in every 2 seconds! Companies around the globe posts here stating their design requirements and designers from all around the globe attend the competition showcasing their creativity. After a rigorous multilevel procedure, a winning design is selected. I won such a competition and secured 2nd position in 2 other competitions.

According to Hinduism, Saraswati Devi is the goddess of knowledge, wisdom and culture. So, worshipping festival of Saraswati is one of the main religious festivals of the Hindu community. Students from different departments of the University of Dhaka participate in organizing Saraswati Puja on the Jagannath Hall field. In 2016, I along with 3 friends, started the first ever Saraswati Puja on behalf of IBA. The trend still continues to this day.

Abhyuday Educare was a local coachnig center in Khilgaon area. Established in 1995, it provided the local students with proper guidance so that they can perform well in their exams. This is where I started my teaching career. I taught here a couple of years to help with my tuition cost.
